We build custom business software applications. These apps are continually being improved and are deployed into a complex distributed IT landscape. We are passionate about making sure that the users of our apps have a great experience and we need someone that will embrace this and deal enthusiastically with our users. Not all our users are very computer literate and helping them can be a real challenge at times. There is nothing better though than successfully resolving a difficult issue.

Our Purpose:
We believe that packaged software is oversold and very often doesn’t fit the need at hand. We build custom applications that fit like a hand in a glove.
We achieve this by putting the people that use our apps at the centre of our solution development. It then follows that we need to have a friendly and open communication channel for any issues that occur in the field. If you can see yourself thriving doing this, then we would like you to apply.
The position involves telephonic and email-based support and training. There will also be an element of logical problem solving, testing and reporting.

Roles and Responsiblities

You will work closely with our team that will train and mentor you.
We have documented all repetitive procedures in the company which makes it easy for new people to slot in.
We have documented operating principles that apply to our people, approach, systems, work ethic and company culture and refer to them in guiding our decisions.
