INBOUND CLERK
GRADE 5

This position is based in Durban.

JOB PURPOSE
To assist the Trade Lane Controllers with specific functions.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
• Ensure that all files in the capture tray are captured and returned to the respective TLC timeously.
• Ensure that all FCMS is done on a weekly basis.
• Issue DRO’s
• Process cargo dues as per SOP.
• Send docs to the Line as per SOP.
• Send e-Service Requisition – Container Transport request to ICS.
• Action all undelivered and out of office emails.
• Emails – assigning emails within the given timeslot, reading and replying to emails within 6 working hours of receipt.
• Back-up for appointed Buddy.
