Job description:
The purpose of this position is to provide administrative support to the Advisers.

Responsibilities:
• Must be able to work with clients on a face to face level and telephonically
• Data capturing of confidential information into the business systems
• Recordkeeping (electronic)
• Provide administrative support
• Assistance with ad hoc projects

Skill sets required:
• Minimum Grade 12 and industry relevant qualifications (NQF Short Term insurance qualification and RE)
• Minimum one (1) year experience in a similar role
• Computer Literate (MS Office)
• Previous data capturing and administrative experience
• Experience within the financial services industry (preferably short-term insurance)
• Good verbal communication skills (English, Afrikaans and Sepedi)
• Good written communication skills (English)
• Good administration, organisation and planning skills
• Good multi-tasking and time management skills
