Internal Sales Epping

A well-established client in the construction industry is looking for an Internal Sales Consultant with 5+ years of experience within the Construction, paint, hardware, or flooring industry.

Salary: Market-related CTC
Starting date: ASAP

Minimum Requirements:
• 5+ years experience as Internal Sales within the Construction, paint, hardware, or flooring industry
• Must have order processing / POD’s, experience.
• Must have Construction Industry experience
• Must be able to do Quotes
• Must have Invoice experience
• Must be able to follow up with outstanding Invoices / send out debtors’ statements
• Pastel experience will be an advantage.
• Answering incoming calls and respond to customers’ emails
• Provide product and service information to customers
• Follow up on customers’ calls where necessary
• Upsell products
• Assist walk-in COD customers
