Our client is currently seeking an internal salesperson. As an Internal Sales Representative you'll play a pivotal role in our client’s mission to provide top-quality steel products to valued customers.

REQUIREMENTS:
• At least 5 years’ experience as an Internal Salesperson, from a retail steel trading background.
• Proven experience in internal sales, with a focus on steel, sheet, plate, and lipped channel products.
• Strong product knowledge and the ability to answer technical questions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A customer-centric approach to sales and service.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication.
• Identify and understand customer needs to provide appropriate product solution.
• Provide pricing and quotes for steel, sheet, plate, and other related steel products.
• Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to meet customer requirements.
• Keep up to date with industry trends and product knowledge.
