The International Sales Manager is a front line person, traveling to our international markets to meet with tour operators,

attend trade shows and do product knowledge training to consultants.

The International Sales Manager is responsible for maintaining the appointed regions of international agents,

growing business, developing relationships with new agents from those regions and creating new business opportunities

to support the group revenue targets.

International Sales and Communications: Build and maintain relationships with the allocated international key accounts.

Develop key accounts business strategies to grow business for group including a communication plan for each.

Plan, Book and Complete international sales trips to allocated regions of the world according to the sales business plan.

Monitor the inquiries and reservations status for the allocated regions key accounts and react accordingly as per group protocol.

Secure international site visits, host wherever possible, and follow up thereafter to grow business.

Assist with New Leads, Group Inquiries, provisional bookings, peak period inquiries and brochure features.

Prepare and contribute towards the compilation of annual Sales Business plan.

Build and maintain relationships with any allocated key domestic accounts.

Remain focused on the achievement of the accommodation revenue budgets for each of the Groups individual properties.

Remain Cognizant of budgets and save on expenditure where viable. Resolve Guest and Agent results timeously.

Be the Brand Ambassador in your dealings, living the group purpose and values.

Team Support and Product Knowledge: Stay updated with markets, movements, threats, risks and opportunities and share these with group colleagues.

Own the conversation with Agents and Guests. Maintain a wealth of knowledge on our properties including room types, locations, lay-outs, rates and packages available,

STO contracts and special guest experiences. Team Meetings Contributions and feedback. Maintain good relations with colleagues and surrounding communities.

Salary R 55 000– R 65 000
