Requirements:
1) Matric
2) Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, engineering or relevant field
3) Certification as IT Technician would be advantageous
4) Must be fluent in Afrikaans and English
5) Solid knowledge of Windows10, OSX, iOS, Office365 and Microsoft Office Suite
6) Knowledge of Windows server, Exchange and SharePoint
7) A+, N+, MTA, MSCA or similar accreditation (eg: CompIAA+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional)
8) Attention to detail
9) Excellent phone etiquette
