Our client is an international Call Center rendering remote support to various companies across Europe. We are currently recruiting a GERMAN speaking Problem Manager to work from the Cape Town offices of our client. The successful candidate will have full responsibility of managing all Problems from commencement right through to resolution.
Main Duties will include:
Identifying of trends and potential Problem sources (by reviewing incident and problem analysis); Preventing the replication of Problems across multiple systems; Reviewing the efficiency and effectiveness of the Problem control process; Producing of reports; Coordination of meeting to resolve problems; and Conducting updates with team and key customer members, representing all service lines.
Essential Knowledge and Skills:
Previous experience in a Problem Management role; Ability to use MD Office applications (excel) to an intermediate user level; Experience in using an Incident Management system; Experience in Operational Support; and Knowledge of ITIL foundation will be an advantage.
