Our company is currently looking for an IT Project Administrator. He/she will be responsible for organising meetings with internal and external clients, reporting on projects and assisting the team with admin duties. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, multi-tasker, and demonstrated team-player.

Responsibilities
• Provide admin assistance to one of the portfolio teams
• Work in a team with technical skills
• Organise meetings with internal and external clients
• Follow up on projects
• Admin and reporting of projects
• Drive delivery of project in SA and across different countries
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Output driven

Qualifications
• A relevant IT degree or diploma
• Project Admin experience of 5 years and above
• Experience in either IT industry or Insurance industry
• Solid admin and reporting skills
• Technical understanding (previously worked closely with technical people)
• Experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies
