IT Software Development Client Services /Account Manager- with Pensions Industry experience – JHB
Must have a IT Software Development qualification OR BCom related qualification in IT Software Developing
With 3-5 years’ experience in going to see Clients within the Pensions Industry
Must have experience in Software Systems development in business systems + the full SDLC experience
Agile experience essential
Automation regression software testing experience needed
1st line Client support
Client relationship management experience
Verify all tasks by performing full software systems integration testing prior to deployments to Client environments
Manage all deployments (i.e. hotfixes, patches, releases)
Manage all data fixes and systems and configuration (using DCR Framework) including regression software testing at the Clients premises + Go live
Project Manage over software team that do the regression testing, software test scenarios and software test cases classification, prioritization, business requirements, design, testing, user training and deployments maintained and documented
Release management and configuration
Must have a driver’s license and own transport essential
Be able to start immediately is a bonus
R35 000- R45 000 Gross per month package offered -which is full cost to company per month
