Job Description

Ensure usability by configuring and installing the software and hardware components
Maintain the software and hardware for all WANs, LANs, emails, telecoms and internet connectivity
Ensure that all electrical safety standards are met at all times
Restore or replace faulty or damaged hardware
Safeguard the privacy and security networks on computer systems
Ensure security by upgrading and installing anti-virus software and upgrading systems to enable all computers to have compatible software
Test new hardware and software
Provide tech support and be the first in line to contact when reporting an error
Daily backup operations
Maintain all technical documentation
Manage Service Level Agreements with IT related suppliers
Ensure company and group IT procedures and guidelines are aligned

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences or similar
2 years exp in computer networks and systems maintenance
Proficient in software installation and database programming
A+, Linux+ or Cisco Certified Network Associate accreditation advantageous.
SAP exp. Will be advantageous
Valid driver's license
