Basic Salary + Company vehicle + Fuel Card + Laptop + Phone

The Junior Area Manager will be responsible for overall operations of 4 stores in various locations in Gauteng.

Requirements to be met:
- Matric + Retail related qualification
- Valid driver’s license
- Minimum of 2 years experience in managing multiple stores and staff members NB
- Experience in Veterinary / Pet shop – very advantageous!
- Excellent Interpersonal skills with strong ability to motivate and drive performance as well as manage poor performance & disciplinary procedures
- Strong understanding on Retail processes & procedures – Good understanding of current labour laws
