RedCat Recruitment is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced JUNIOR BUSINESS MANAGER for a large organization. Position based in Cape Town, Western Cape.



JOB DESCRIPTION

Grade 12.

Relevant tertiary qualification/s (preferably General Management Diploma or similar).

English speaking person (read, write, speak).

Valid driver’s license.

Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet).

Person will be required to maximize the branch’s profitability by leading the team to attain their full potential and thereby achieve the set business objectives.

5yrs+ previous working experience in the consumer, commercial or similar, rubber industry, at management level.

5yrs+ proven and effective people and resource management experience.

Sound understanding of customer service expectations.

Effective organization, selling, communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills.

Sound understanding of management principles including H&S, inventory, financial controls, budgets and industrial relations.

Sound working knowledge of all related administration and computer systems.
