Manufacturing company – looking for a Junior Industrial Designer

Job Description
• Draughting, designing and updating of drawings
• Building of samples
• Filing of all drawings
• Graphic design work
• Assisting Drawing Office Staff - with any tasks required
• Assisting with the compilation of any documents required to go with products
• General Industrial Design function which amongst others include:
? Brainstorming / Sketching / Prototyping & Assisting with samples
? CAD – modelling – rendering
? Engineering Drawing
• A go-getter who will add to the innovative Design Team

Qualifications & Experience / Skills:
• BA Industrial Design / OR BTech Industrial Design / OR ND Industrial Designer

• Analytical thinking/lateral thinking & attention to detail
• Good communication
• Sense of urgency – result orientated
• High work standards
• Questioning & Logical reasoning
• Planning, organizing & problem solving
• Good housekeeping
• Expected to work with accuracy

Salary: R12,000 CTC pm – negotiable with experience and qualifications.
