Junior Infrastructure and Security Technician

LOCATION

Franschhoek – Western Cape

SALARY

R17 000 – R18 000 per month

SUMMARY

Our client based in Franschhoek is seeking your strong interpersonal skills and people skills to be employed in their Security division.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Setup/troubleshooting/ maintenance of all security systems
Preventative maintenance of network cabinets/field boxes
Liaise with control room /contractors
Operating of network / electric tester
Troubleshoot network issues
Check/monitor all security system servers and workstations
Check DSTV day-to-day
Administration updates

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Matric Grade 12 is a must!
3-5 years’ experience in Security System roles
Valid driver’s license and own transport is a must!
Advantageous system knowledge:
Fire systems training(Bosch),
CCTV (IP system) training(Bosch),
Alarm system training (Dsc panels)(watch manager software),
Fire system training(Bosch),
Biometrics training(Impro ixp400),
Electric fence training(Nemtek),
Doorphone training(IP7, Accentronix),
Basic network skills
Fluency in English and Afrikaans
