Ingenious Personnel is looking for a Junior PCB Design to provide electronic engineering service in the Electro-Optical field. The successful candidate will join our Client, a busy engineering team within the military/defence industry.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Matric
Electronic schematic design and layout experience (Minimum 2 years).
Experience in product development.
Experience with placement techniques for better EMC/EMI, controlled impedance stack, signal integrity, multilayer design, and power planes (required)
Familiar with PCB fabrication and assembly process (preferred)
Layout experience with high pin count BGA’s and high speed memory interfaces(required).
Knowledge of analog layout practices and mechanical design issues(required).
Altium schematic design (required).
Altium board layout (required)
Knowledge of ECAD Library development practices(required).

Key Responsibilities:

Interpretation of system / product requirements applicable to electronic design considerations.
Interfacing with other engineering disciplines and specialists in the optical, mechanical, electronic, software etc. fields.
Version and configuration control of produced work items.
Preparation of electronic build data packs for serial production.
Development of system and subsystem electronic pcb layouts.

Engineering management support including not limited too:

Interfacing with the mechanical production facility.
Interfacing with the optics production facility.
Procurement of engineering materials and equipment.
Procurement of manufactured items.
Any other reasonable tasks given to the employee.
Occasional international travel to clients or the parent company
