Responsibilities and Daily Duties:
?Receiving trims and ensuring quantities are correct
?Safely packing and storing trims
?Conducting regular stock count and being responsible for the counting
?Advising buyer of shortages to ensure that trims are ordered and follow-up to ensure on time
delivery
?On time and in full pick & pack of trims and issuing out to CMT’s in full
?Issuing of trims to sample room
?Ensuring that trims are packed in advance of delivery dates
?Ensuring that paperwork (trims charts and delivery notes) are filed
?Overseeing a small team of 1-2 employees to ensure that team performs at their optimum
?Prioritizing and delegating of tasks
?Ensuring that trims room and trims working space is neat and tidy at all times
?Reporting to Manager/s

Requirements:
?Grade 12 qualification
?2 Years working experience in a supervisory position or in a similar role
?Experience in stock control
?Attention to detail and process driven
?Excellent time management skills
?Good Computer skills (Microsoft Office)
?Excellent Administration Skills
?Excellent Interpersonal Skills
?Must be proficient in Excel
