Applicants must meet the following requirements:
Must have a B.A Degree in Architecture coupled with a Master’s Degree in Architecture
Must be Professionally registered with SACAP as a Professional Architect with at least 10years+ experience practicing as a Professional Architect
Must have 15 years’ minimum experience within the built environment specializing in iconic large building projects in Africa as well as at a global scale
Must be recognized in the industry as san accomplished architect who would bring added credibility at critical stages of the project lifecycle.
Must have experience in Project Management, including: Project deadline, Project execution and client communication
Must have experience in Business Development
Must have experience in Tenders, Bids and Proposals
