Signa Academy is a learning and training institute of the Signa Group and through it we enable corporate South Africa to make an impact on future generations through targeted skills development and learning programmes. Our services are delivered nationwide to able and people living with a disability.

At Signa we offer a 1-year learnership to individuals and encourage people with disabilities and from other diverse backgrounds to apply. We do not discriminate based on disability. We offer a stipend with the learnership that varies based on the client.

If your level of education is a grade 10/11 or 12 you are eligible to apply.
