Full time lecturer – Diploma in Hospitality Management

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Honors degree / Degree in Hospitality Management
• Industry experience would be beneficial
• Relevant lecturing or teaching experience
• Experience / knowledge in a higher education environment and its practices will be beneficial
• Good organising and management skills
• Specialised subject knowledge include:
o Hospitality Operations (Accommodation & reception)
o Business Management

PURPOSE OF POSITION

• To lecture in the Diploma Hospitality management
• To assist in the administration and departmental affairs and activities as required by Centurion Academy.
• To work with the Programme Head on developing new programme materials and curricula.
