Requirements:
• Matric (essential)
• Clear ITC and criminal record (essential)
• Minimum 6 months Call Center experience (essential)
• Strong administrative skills with specific attention to detail
• Legal drafting experience (advantageous)
• Debt Review experience (advantageous)

Responsibilities:
• Contacting clients and creditors for outstanding documentation.
• Liaising with various stakeholders in order to successfully complete legal documents for court applications
• Mail merge documents for drafting
• Manage inbound and outbound calls in a call center setting
