The position is responsible for ensuring that the organisational legal and regulatory risks and compliance protocols are in line with the mandate as a regulator as well as with and other laws applicable to business entities.

Key Attributes Required:
• Matric;
• Law Degree e.g. LLB or equivalent;
• Admission as an Attorney;
• Eight years’ legal experience, three of which should be in a Governance, Risk and Compliance environment;
• Project management and strong legal drafting skills;
• Ability to influence strategic partners and stakeholders;
• Understanding of the general application of legislation governing statutory councils.
