Lodge Office Administrator | KZN | Private Lodge

Looking for experienced LODGE OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR to join the team of a private 5 star lodge located in Manyoni Private Game Reserve in KZN.

Lodge Office Administrator plays an integral role in the guest service and organisational strength of the lodge. The administrator will provide support to all departments as well as greet and assist guests. He/she should have good verbal and written communication skills and a strong ability to multi-task is a must. The candidate will be involved in a lot of different aspects of the lodge, so each day is never the same.

5-star lodge experience is a non-negotiable requirement.
Responsible for:
Overseeing office organisation – (Emails and Telephone)
Supplier relationships
Order stock as requested by each department & Ensure all orders were received and follow up on backorder or any credits due
Processing and receiving of orders
Preparing and reconciling statements
Assisting with Month End tasks and balancing of stock
Assisting the Lodge Manager with allocated daily tasks
Sourcing items as required for lodge operation.
Assist the Lodge Manager with responding to TripAdvisor reviews
Coordinating the vehicle fleet and control of diesel stock.
Essentials:
Drivers license
Must be PC proficient
Ability / willingness to Learn
Team Player
Ability to work under pressure and be list/task orientated.
1-2 years experience in a similar position
Salary:
This is open, within reason
Package – Live in: inclusive of Accommodation, Meals on duty, Lights & Water, Maid Service and Laundry Service, Uniforms annually,
Cycle – 3 weeks on and 1 week off/month (however if there is a candidate that is in our area and would like to work Monday-Friday this will be considered).
