Purpose of the position: Provide support in terms of Scheduling of Branch production activities.

Responsibilities:
Perform administrative tasks:
? Daily liaison with Central Planning
? Scheduling for all production activities
? Managing all production plan changes and activities – all departments
? Update and maintain scheduling tool to current factory setup.
Maintain and administer scheduling tool:
? Update, maintain and manage scheduling tool to current factory setup
Continuous improvement:
? Scheduling to enhance factory production capacity to maximum of factory capabilities
? Be part of daily improvement on OEE & OPP of factory
Backup support:
? Support on all Logistics Systems – BPCS, WMS, Usage Variance systems

Requirements:
? Grade 12
? Computer literacy – Excel, Outlook, MS Word, BPCS
? 2 Yrs Minimum experience in Production / Logistics environment will be advantageous
? Working under pressure
? Willingness to work shifts, weekends, public holidays
