Job brief
We are looking for a reliable VCC to be responsible for the overall Value Chain operations. VCC responsibilities include organizing and monitoring storage and distribution of goods.
The goal is to Control the entire order cycle so as to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction

VCC responsibilities include:
• Planning and controlling logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
• Directing, optimizing and coordinating full order cycle
• Liaising and negotiating with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers
Responsibilities
• Strategically plan and Control, warehouse, transportation, customer services inbound and out bound goods and materials.
• Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
• Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers
• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
• Arrange warehouse, catalogue goods, plan routes and process shipments
• Resolve any arising problems or complaints
• Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce
• Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
• Maintain metrics and analyse data to assess performance and implement improvements
• Comply with laws, regulations and HACCP requirements
Requirements & Skills
• Proven working experience in Logistics Full Value Chain
• Record of successful distribution and logistics Control
• Demonstrable ability to lead staff
• Proficient in standard logistics software
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
• 3 to 5-year experience In Logistics
• Attention to Detail
• Ability to Work under Pressure and prioritise tasks
• A can-do Attitude is a must
Qualifications
• Grade 12 Required
• Computer Literate is a must, Pastel and Chep workings experience advantages
• In Service training or any other relevant qualification will be advantages

• Delivery Time: Track your average delivery time in detail
• Transportation Costs: Analyse all costs from the order placement to delivery

• Number of Shipments: Understand how many orders are shipped
• Inventory Accuracy: Avoid problems because of inaccurate inventory
• Inventory Turnover: Track how many times your entire inventory is sold
• Inventory to Sales Ratio: Identify a potential overstock
• QOTIF: Quality On Time In Full (quality Service, Product delivered in Time and In full)
