RESPONSIBILITIES

Assisting in achieving a production efficiency of 90%- 95%.
Assisting in ensuring that raw material wastage levels are maintained below 1% of material used
Setting machines according to the best practices
Conducting mould and material trails as required
Reporting and assisting with machine and mould maintenance requirements
Ensuring that machinery and moulds are effectively maintained, serviced and stored
Ensuring top quality products are produced
Practicing a high standard of housekeeping and safety
Any other duties reasonably requested by supervisor or other
Prepared to work overtime when required


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Matric or N2 certificate is essential
Mechanical aptitude
At least 1-2 years work experience in production and/or manufacturing
Must be exposed to Injection moulding
Setting and Quality/or Mechanical experience
Must be able to work shifts and have their own transport
Well spoken, confident and enthusiastic
