Will be responsible for 20 vacuum forming machines.

Salary is R 550 k per year incl bonus.

Minimum Required Qualifications And Experience

Trade tested as a qualified Millwright with Red Seal and 10 years post qualifications experience .

Fault finding on electrical circuits, PLCâs, HMIâs, Electronics, drives, Pneumatics and Hydraulics. 10 years management experience of a maintenance team.

Knowledge and experience of plastics machinery is a must.

Manage Time keeping and job card system.

Minimum Required Duties (but Not Limited To)

Attend to electrical and mechanical breakdowns.

Service and repair of electrical and mechanical equipment.

Preventative maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment.

Insure that all machinery and services are 100 percent efficient.

Safety inspections.

Maintain and upgrade equipment for improved performance and targets with reduction to maintenance costs and down time.

Be familiar with Planned Maintenance Systems

Able to do a budget and maintain budget

Sign off work requisitions and write reports.
