RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage maintenance function at branch and/or area of responsibility
Ensure optimal maintenance approach and improvement techniques e.g. OMM, RCM
Ensure uninterrupted supply of energy and services to facility/branch
Ensure that equipment complies with safety requirements
Plan and execute maintenance plan
Establish continuous improvement practices
Manage the budget
Manage staff
Ensure optimal utilization of staff
Apply consistent discipline
Train and develop staff
Maintain employee safety
Participate in project management

REQUIREMENTS:
B-Tech Mechanical/Electrical
GCC or studying towards one
Computer literate: MS Excel (Advanced)
Sound knowledge of OHS Act
NH3 Refrigeration plant maintenance and operation experience
Coal fired boiler maintenance and operation experience
Building maintenance coordination experience
FMCG Processing and packaging experience
