Responsibilities:
Manage maintenance function at branch and/or area of responsibility
Ensure optimal maintenance approach and improvement techniques eg. OMM, RCM
Ensure uninterrupted supply of energy and services to facility/branch
Establish continuous improvement practices
Manage the budget
Manage staff
Ensure optimal utilization of staff
Apply consistent discipline
Train and develop staff
Provide leadership and training to artisans.
Set objectives, manage and measure the performance of subordinates
Maintain employee safety
Participate in project management

Requirements:
At least 5 years of relevant experience
Trade tested millwright
N6 will be an added advantage
Good knowledge of relevant legislation
Computer literate
Technical knowledge of Process Control, Utilities and Maintenance Systems
Must be willing to perform scheduled work on weekends and public holidays
