Maintenance Supervisor | Kruger Park | Private Game Reserve
We are looking for experienced MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR to join the Maintenance Team of a Private Game Reserve located in Kruger Park.
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Maintenance Manager in maintaining the overall operation and administration of the maintenance and gardens department, as well as the appearance and working order of the interior and exterior of the property. Failure to provide adequate services may result in unsafe or poorly maintained facilities and equipment.
KEY FOCUS AREAS
Assist the Maintenance Manager in all tasks as directed and required.
Schedule current and upcoming work assignments; distribute and sort assignments into and according to identified priorities, including emergency repairs.
Coordinate and manage all maintenance team members.
Coordinate and manage maintenance and repairs of finishing, ceilings, flooring, and roofing, water and electrical systems.
Coordinate all required services and maintain fire protection equipment
Health & Safety;
Training;
REQUIREMENTS – QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
A thorough knowledge of and be able to carry out R&M relating to:
Electrical (Single & Three Phase)
Air conditioning
Carpentry
General building skills
Painting
Plumbing
Grey water reticulation
Good knowledge and understanding of stock control procedures
Must work accurately under pressure
Basic computer skills
Valid Driver’s License
At least 2+year experience in a similar position.
START DATE - TBC
Salary Package:
Basic salary will depend on experience and qualifications
Provident fund: 50/50%
Medical Aid - not compulsory
Accommodation: single room with private bathroom
