SUMMARY

A leading retail bank in South Africa that offers financial products and services requires the services of a Manager in an Alternative Collections environment. Strategically manage the Debt Counselling business unit and internal systems within the Alternative Collections environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Operations Management
Responsible for the development of improved processes and software technology.
Manage the Debt Counselling as well as Voluntary Mediation administrative processes and data management support function
Manage, review, align and enhance current system processes within the Alternative Collections business unit to ensure optimisation and compliance of policies and procedures as well as the implementation thereof
Provide guidance and assistance to direct reports in respect of the management of their portfolios to enhance performance within Alternative Collections as well as outside
Third-party engagement
People Management

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Must have an LLB or B Degree in Law
Must have managed a team in Debt Collections
Must have strong knowledge of the National Credit Act
