Market Place & Reseller Administrator

Location: PMB Factory

Responsibilities :

• Processing of online market place orders within respective market place online systems (Takealot, Makro, Zando, Jumia)

• Capturing / invoicing of market place and reseller orders in SYSPRO

• Liaising with couriers for collection and returns relating to own online, Market place & brick & mortar reseller orders, ensuring respective delivery SLAs are met

• Working with factory pick/pack team to ensure all orders meet SLAs in terms of packaging and documentation

• Ensuring all market place and reseller orders are despatched within the correct SLA

Qualifications and other requirements:

• General admin support for PMB team • Must have at least 5 years of successful employment experience within an office administration environment with exposure to order capture, invoicing and despatch processes

• Proficiency in the use of Syspro or similar ERP

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, intermediate to advanced Excel is required

• High level of attention to detail, team player, good written and oral communication skills

• Proactive and passionate
