Key deliverables and outputs

1. Support the business operations in all aspects of Customer Relations Management, increasing customer loyalty and attracting conquest customers to the dealership.
2. Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, and uphold brand values.
3. Implement and maintain a CRM strategy throughout the business operations. The strategy should be a comprehensive and integrated plan supported by the
correct organizational structures, processes, and technology and measurement criteria.
4. Manage the maintenance of all the business operations Database’.
5. Public Relations duties encompassing the marketing of the business operations as well as coordinating and organizing promotional events and functions embarked upon by the dealership from time to time.
6. Employ various resources (budgets, business operational staff within various departments, external suppliers and marketing / advertising agencies) in order to facilitate the CRM purposes.
7. Monitor, analyse and manage the customer expectations in conjunction with the various business operations in order to retain and grow the customer database.
8. Identify and manage potential opportunities (lead management on used vehicles, truck and vehicle servicing, aftermarket fitments) across the business operations while managing our current database.
9. You will also be responsible for reporting on EE requirements as per Company and DoL requirements, manage the MERSETA, Skills Plans and Discretionary grants and reporting, and manage and maintain the OHSACT system.

Salary range: R25 441 - R33 000
