Buzzer is looking for a marketing assistant to help drive our growth strategy across South Africa.

Buzzer is a growing community safety solution that connects users and communities directly to private security companies and first responders, providing critical information and multi-way communication in emergency situations.
Duties include
Growing the user base utilising a range of marketing initiatives
Engage and follow-up with clients and users on marketing initiatives
Write marketing, brand and sales proposals
Manage and maintain the email marketing database and activities
Design marketing material for online and print campaigns (Canva)
Assist in the creation, scheduling and management of content for social media
Conduct research into customer trends and behaviours
Update the company website as required (Wordpress)
Requirements
Matric with a Degree/Diploma in Administration would be advantageous
2-3 years work experience
Sound understanding of digital marketing platforms
Ability to problem solve, be creative, and think outside the box
Willingness and desire to learn and grow within the company
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Meticulous with great attention to detail
Excellent team player and willing to support the team wherever necessary
Experience using Canva would be a plus
