MARKETING MANAGER (TEMP)

South Africa’s Leading Health Retailer requires a high energy, Creative, Marketing Fundi to join the team on a Temp Basis!!

There is a possibility for you to work full time or part-time, 3 days per week. If you are already in the Freelancing space – Read on!

The successful individual will be responsible for the Management of 5 staff members; Have weekly meetings with the CEO; Manage all marketing elements of new store openings; Approve all marketing spend and management of marketing budget; Perform multiple daily operational tasks in collaboration with the Marketing Coordinator

Requirements to be met:
• Grade 12 + Marketing or business-related degree/diploma
• 5+ Years retail marketing experience of which 3 Years must be in Marketing management
• Strong leadership and management skills and able to empower a team
• Ability to work across multiple departments and be involved in concept development, design and implementation
• Highly organised with the ability to adapt quickly to change
• A good understanding of retail and trade best practises
