Marketing Officer | Kuwait City | Coffee Shop and Roastery

We are looking for an experienced MARKETING OFFICER to join the team of a busy Coffee Shop located in Kuwait City. The store is an outlet of an expanding roastery with coffee being sourced from all over the world.

Main duties of the Marketing Officer:
Plan, prepare and manage the publication and distribution of publicity materials
Devise marketing campaigns
Organize a calendar of marketing events, such as dinners, promotions, exhibitions, product launches, workshops, open days, or fundraising activities
Undertake market research and establish the best way to reach target groups
Write, edit, and proofread marketing material for use in different channels such as social media and Advertisements.
Oversee and update the website(s)
Develop and communicate through the organization’s CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system
Coordinate with outside agencies, for example designers, to produce marketing material such as stationery and web pages
Developing Concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company brand book.
Analyze the impact of marketing campaigns and prepare measurement reports.
Conducting research and analyzing data to identify and define audiences
Compiling and distributing financial and statistical information
Coordinating internal marketing and an organization’s culture.

Qualifications and skills required:
At least 2 years of experience in marketing of hospitality establishment
Formal qualification in Marketing
Knowledge of coffee industry will be a great advantage
Skilled in managing social media
Fluent English
Excellent communication skills
Able to establish contacts very easily
Start: The start date will be establish based on the visa process and this might take up to 3 months.
Salary package:
Basic KWD 300 - 350 (ZAR 14500 - 17000) TAX FREE
