Overview
Experienced Marketing Specialist required to assist with the optimisation of digital and traditional marketing campaigns.

Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12 or equivalent coupled with a Marketing related tertiary qualification
3 or more years’ experience as a Marketing Specialist
Experience with B2C social media, Google AdWords and email campaigns
Experience with Facebook Ad Manager
Experience using Content Management systems
Knowledge of Online Advertising Platforms
Knowledge of web analytics tools
Technical knowledge of reporting on multiple media platforms
Previous experience having worked on both traditional and digital marketing campaigns

Duties and Responsibilities:
Build brand awareness to drive sales (both digital and traditional marketing channels)
Create and optimise online adverts through Google AdWords (search, display, mobile, video), Facebook and other platforms
Actively involved with SEO
Generate innovative ideas to reinforce marketing campaigns across digital and traditional marketing channels
Develop engaging content
Manage the content strategy, including copywriting and website updates
Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organise its distribution
Collaborate with designers and outsourced suppliers to improve user experience
