Minimum Requirements:
-Professional Afrikaans speaking female, preferably aged 30-40 years
-Afrikaans and English first and second languages a must
-Matric / Grade 12
-Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting Honours Degree obtained
-3 years SAICA Articles completed a must (not negotiable)
-Solid post articles Finance Control experience required, specifically in Property / Investments industry
-Strong reporting experience required
-Computer literate in MS Office and Caseware a must (MDA Property Manager proficiency advantageous)
-Deadline driven with attention to detail
-Hardworking (willing to go the extra mile)
-Stable employment record
-Contactable references
-Must be willing to do online competency and personality assessments required by employing company
Duties:
-Full Financial Control duties for Property Group
Salary: R 50 000.00 - R 55 000.00 gross maximum
