A well-established and reputable company in the wholesale/retail packaging industry is seeking to appoint a Bookkeeper very urgently.

Requirements
Matric
Diploma in Finance/Bookkeeping/Accounting
Pastel Evolution
Minimum Bookkeeping experience – 5 years
Excel, Word – Very good skills
Professional, presentable appearance.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluency in Afrikaans and English.
Time management and organisation skills are essential.
Responsible and reliable.
Must be able to multitask and function under pressure.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
Full debtors and Creditors accounting function.
Administer cash-ups and banking.
Cashbook postings and reconciliations.
Manage expenses and budget.
Administer Petty-Cash Payments / Allocations & Reconciliations.
Salary preparations.
SARS Monthly Returns.
General administrative work / other duties required by management.
