* Ensure Repairs Efficiently & Correctly Carried Out

* Optimise Operation of Equipment

* Maximise Machine Uptime

Background work experience:

* 3 years Blow Moulding Machine Machines Repairs and Maintenance

* 3 years Electro-Mechanical Repairs

* 3 years Hydraulics and Pump Repairs

* 3 years Blow Moulding Machine Installations and Modifications

* N4 with Electro-Mechanical Trade Test. Pref for Millwright Trade Test.

* Blow Moulding Machine Machines Repairs and Maintenance

* Maintaining and repairing blow moulding machines. Dealing with plastic formation issues like warping and bubbles.

* Repairs to motors, levers, screws and hydraulics

* Dealing with issues like leakages and insufficient pressure in hydraulics systems

* Modifying Blow moulding Machines to improve performance. Installing new Machines and Machine Upgrades.

* Advantageous: Experience on High Speed Blow Moulding Machines

Location: Alberton, Ekurhuleni

Salary: Market Related. In the Range of R300K to R420K per annum. Highly exceptional more senior candidates may be considered.
