Minimum requirements are; a BSc/B.Tech in Mining Engineering, or related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience; Mine Manager certificate of competence (MMC) A minimum of 12 years relevant mining experience is also required a long with experience in hard rock, mechanized and platinum mining. Ideally experience gained in both open and underground mining.
