PURPOSE OF POSITION
Responsible for the successful execution of deliverables selected in order to complete
the client project timeously, on budget and with limited risk
Oversee and manage a Jnr Developer ensuring that the tasks handed to them are
executed timeously, on budget and is of quality expected by the client.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Liaise with clients, assigned developers and the Product Principals to ensure:
o Projects on track;
o All issues resolved;
o Budget on track;
• Draw up weekly job cards defining what is to be done in order to complete selected
deliverables for that week
• Actioning Code Development
• Ensuring that any development done is saved
• Ensuring that assigned Jnr Developer is provided a job card and that the tasks assigned
to the Jnr developer is executed
• Attend daily meetings related to the project and their deliverables
• Attend and contribute Weekly Client Demo sessions
• Accurately logging time entries daily and that Jnr developer has logged their time
entries correctly.

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED
Programming languages
• .Net (ASP.Net/ ASP.Net MVC/ Web API/Rest
services) (At least 3 years’ experience)
• HTML5/JavaScript/CSS3
• C# (At least years’ experience)
• Strong SQL Skills
• PowerBI / MicroStrategy experience
• SSIS (Advantageous)
• SSRS (Advantageous)

Development Environments
• Microsoft SQL server 2008 R2/2012/2014
• Microsoft Visual Studio 2010/2012

QUALIFICATIONS (Minimum required)
BSc Computer Science or similar
