Responsibilities:
Plan and organize the rounds, supervise the picking, and hash the rounds.
Prepare and facilitate the process of loading trucks.
Manage the picking and loading of items'
Manage the team w.r.t productivity and time management.
Prevent and manage shrinkage and damages.
Facilitate the implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
Drawing reports using the prescribed system.
Manage staff and welfare of members.
Manage the branch warehouse function.
Be involved in stock control and inventory function.
Be involved in stock control and inventory function.
Including stocktake preparation.

Requirements:
Certificate in Stock Control or Warehouse Management would be advantageous.
At least 5 - 10 years' experience within an operation, logistics or distribution in an environment similar.
Must be able to communicate effectively.
Must be able to work accurately when under pressure.
