Northcliff, Johannesburg: JUNIOR CONVEYANCING ATTORNEY
Minimum Requirements:
-Presentable and professional female
-Afrikaans and English first and second languages a must (Full proficiency in both – Afr & Eng client base)
-LLB Degree completed and Admitted as an Attorney a must
-Admitted as a Conveyancer and Notary Public preferred
-Post admission Conveyancer experience preferred OR Admitted Attorney interested in pursuing Conveyancing and wanting to write Conveyancing exam in near future
-Experienced in Transfers and Bond Registration documents preferred
-Computer literate in Ghost Convey / Legal Perfect and Deed Searches
-Stable employment record
-Contactable references
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-Conveyancer duties
-Attend to property related conveyancer duties
Salary: R 15 000.00 – R 20 000.00 gross (depending on Conveyancing experience)
