Answering incoming calls
Cold calling potential clients

Attending to queries and problem solving when necessary
Personal Assistant duties to the Owner of the business
Capturing relevant data into various documents
Follow up on work requirements
Typing of correspondence
Building strong client relationships with regular clientele
Assisting the team with various ad hoc duties
Liaising with incoming clients and attending to relevant administration where required
Travel bookings
Assist in all areas of the office administration of this well established and highly successful company.

Qualification:

Grade 12
A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (Advantageous)

Must have the following:

WIFI (Candidate will link up to our VOIP contact number which runs through WIFI)
