Job Description:

Act as the first point of contact to internal and external clients
Maintains the reception area, ensuring the availability of relevant documentation and readiness of I.T equipment for use.
Processes registration, examination, exemption and other customer related paper documents as required.
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Provide support for members, employers and office staff as directed.
Create and manage social media
Assist with planning and coordination of events

Job Requirements:

Strong demonstrable Customer Services experience
Excellent written and spoken communication skills (English).
Demonstrate pro-activeness, problem solving ability.
Highly ethical, accountable and responsible with the right attitude
Positive, pro-active, motivated with "can-do" attitude
