Pick Me Recruitment is seeking a highly organised OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR at a 5-star Private Game Reserve in KZN.

The Office Administrator role is to assist and support Front Office operations, manage the day-to-day administrative and financial duties, work closely with all the head of departments, guest liaison, ensuring standards are maintained at all times.

Key Areas of Responsibilities:

• Front Office – Audit Checks
• F&B – Audit Checks
• Stock control & resolving variances
• System – In-keeper
• Assisting with orders, paying creditors
• Pastel accounting
• HR & Payroll
• Systems and procedures

Minimum Requirements:

• Relevant tertiary qualification
• Someone who is methodical & has an extremely high attention to detail & neatness & is a perfectionist when it comes to figures; spreadsheets; filing & paperwork
• Loves systems & procedures & being organised, neat & thorough
• Creative & intelligent
• Loves working with figures & paperwork
• Someone who is easy to work with, nothing is a problem, loves the industry but more importantly is a team player
• Driver’s license and own reliable transport
• Vaccinations up to date
• Computer literate: MS-Office, Innkeeper, able to manage spreadsheets
• Strong excel; word & PowerPoint skills
• Must have worked in similar position for at least 3 – 5years
• Someone who understands 5 star & the hospitality industry
• Must be able to think on their feet
• Highly motivated & problem solver
• Must want to live on a farm 32km from town

Remuneration:R10 000 (Accommodation included)
