Duties and responsibilities :
Coordinate office activities regarding company procedures.
Assist HR and CEO.
Manage agendas, appointments.
Manage phone calls and correspondence.
Create and update records and databases with data as required.
Assist with all administration duties as needed by management.

Minimum requirements :
Diploma/Degree.
3 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
Experience in Microsoft Office applications.
Any relevant qualifications in secretarial or administration studies will be an advantage.
