Exciting opportunity as an office assistant for a young, energetic and driven individual in Betties Bay. The Office Assistant will be responsible for general office and administration duties. This position is a full time, Monday to Friday role with great opportunities to grow. The Office Assistant will be required to assist with customer service and client interaction, office admin and sales.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities to include but not limited to:

• Answer phone and field general queries
• Answer basic customer enquiries
• Respond to Emails
• Assist with invoicing
• Customer service
• Assist with walk in sales
• Receiving visitors for meetings/Serving Tea/Coffee at meetings
• Send orders through to relevant suppliers
• Type and send quotes
• Office administration

Experience and skills required:
• Experience working in an office environment with sales and/or admin
• Experience in the Alluminium and glass industry would be an added advantage
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be fluent in English
• Excellent telephone manner
• Excellent email etiquette and writing skills
• Professional customer orientated approach
• Eye for detail
• Must be proficient in MS office, use of Internet & email software
• Must have advanced excel skills
• Good time management skills
• Takes responsibility for work
• Innovative, can think on their feet

Salary R4,000 to R6,000
