Overall purpose of the position:
The position will be responsible for providing a holistic administrative management service to the office and oversee the claims and underwriting departments.

Job Specifications:
• Ensure the effective day-to-day function of the office
• Coordinating and managing all administrative processes in the office with regards to claims and underwriting
• Coordinating all office communication
• Attending to all client related queries or complaints
• Ensure that the manual and electronic filing system are maintained
• Diary management and travel arrangements
• Monthly and weekly reporting
• Relationship Management with clients and service providers
• Responsible for the general maintenance of the office
• Complaints resolution

Qualifications & Experience:
• Matric
• NQF Level 4 - Full qualification (Short-term insurance) as set by regulation
• Regulatory Exam 5 (Representatives) Successfully completed
• Previous administration management experience within the Insurance Industry
• 4 years Short term Personal lines and Commercial Underwriting and Claims Experience.
